CASA MOTXO

Once you will leave the car, you will have to walk through Cortal Street which is situated at the beginning of the village on the right. It has an easy access but you should go on foot. At few meters you will find a house with small windows and a small courtyard with the charm of the typical houses of the Valley.

Brief history of Casa Motxo

This house preserves some typical characteristics of the houses of Estaon’s village. The kitchen’s partition has some holes at the top for the light to cross the rooms. The kitchen includes a fireplace and small stools to sit and get warm at night.

Some years ago Casa Motxo was the tavern of the village. Then, it was restored and used as housing. Currently, it is adapted to be rented for the weekends and holidays.
